Australasia operates from its National Support Centre in Melbourne, and
currently 7 Hydraulic Centres (branches) in Australia and New Zealand.
Located close to key markets and customers, the Eaton Hydraulic Centres’
service is tailored to suit the specific customer needs in terms of
Customer Service, Technical, Supply and Contract Management Services.
The Eaton Hydraulic Centres carry stock to support their local customer
base and contract requirements, and are equipped and qualified to
manufacture and test hose assemblies for supply into the marketplace to
the various Industry standards/guidelines such as MDG41.
Eaton’s strategy is to ‘not just be a supplier’ of hardware, but to participate closely with our customers as ‘Partners–in–Business’ for the long-term mutual benefit of our businesses.
We understand that
logistics, distribution and support via appropriate inventory in the
right place at the right time are critical in Australia for our
customers. A successful 3PL (3rd party logistics) program
since 2005 with a network of inventory locations across the country
provides OTD and “in-full” levels to our customer needs. This supported
via Industry best “Customer Connect” programs of on-line trading means a
lower cost of doing business for our customers and efficient error-free
transaction targets.

Eaton also services the after-market via authorised distributors (88
locations) around the country for both Hose & Connectors and Power
& Motion Controls Products. Eaton distribution network allow us to
reach and provide service capability into no matter which part of the
country.
